Booksplainer is all about books: International fiction, Contemporary fiction, Crime and Noir and the occasional foray into factual books, (biography, history and politics & sport). Currently all reviews, features and interviews are the work of Paul Burke. Paul writes for NB Magazine, Crime Time UK and the European Literature Network and is an associate member of the CWA. Also one of the presenters for newly formed Crime Time TV. This blog was set up during lockdown, with some publications furloughed it seemed an appropriate time to introduce a new outlet for book talk. Reviews will mostly be new titles, (most often arcs supplied free of charge by publishers), all reviews will independent and fair. As a beginner to blogging this site is probably going to be a bit basic, hopefully the content not so.

If anything on Booksplainer strikes you, please let me know your thoughts.
